Five Chicago area piano dealers have filed a lawsuit against Biasco Piano Co. for alleged violations of the Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act. The suit was filed in the DuPage County Circuit Court on June 25, 2003 and seeks to enjoin Biasco from engaging in certain unfair and deceptive business practices such as “bait and switch”.
