HISTORY :
 The Rippen piano factory was established in 1937.  They produced slightly over 200,000 handmade pianos in Holland before they closed in 1988.  Rippens are considered to be high quality pianos with an unusually big sound for their size. They were extremely durable pianos that were popular in schools throughout Europe.  Compare to a Kemble or Knight from England or a Schimmel from Germany.
